Missoula woman asks state hearings officer to overturn cut to DD services for her daughter, others


A Missoula woman fighting the elimination of state aid for her mentally disabled daughter argued Tuesday she had no notice of the rule change authorizing the cuts, and that the process should be redone.
"I'd like to see this whole issue repeated ... and allow these people who were left out to be involved," said Helen Orendain, during a formal hearing in Helena on her attempt to revoke the rule.
