Sprout Film Festival is next week

The Sprout Film Festival is just a week away.

That reminder from Sprout Director Anthony Di Salvo showed up in our mailbox this morning.

The festival will showcase 53 unique, artistic and memorable films related to the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities with 17 filmmakers, actors and subjects of films partaking in Q&As.

Here's more:

• The festival will take place Friday April 27 – Sunday April 29, 2012 in NYC at The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
• Complimentary coffee and desserts throughout the weekend.
• An art and photography exhibit!
•  Films which focus on Aspergers Syndrome, Brain Injury, Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, Down syndrome and Williams Syndrome.
